Make work that is just as true as false

This assignment can easily take three years. I made an object that meant to convey the feeling of utter pointlessness, when the clock just doesn't go from 59 to 00 again, when it fails to make the click and there is just no progress.
The problem with it is, that it's not a real clock. It's frozen on 00:79, which makes it a 3D image and it denies the clock.

The drum was made of choclate and when I put it in the storage room, the mice licked it off. Their paws are visible on the canvas :).

It is not visible here, but the head contains a number of small mirrors, so if one looks into it, he will see his eyes reflected - about eight eyes.
